Booking policies

Payment

You are not charged when you submit a request. Once your therapist accepts, we send a payment request. Your booking is confirmed when payment is complete. Prices are shown before you submit; no surcharges apply in this release.

Cancellation

Cancel 2 or more hours before your massage start time for a full refund. Cancellations inside 2 hours forfeit the full payment.

If your therapist cancels late, you receive an account credit and we look for a replacement immediately.

Tips

Tips are optional and set by you. A pre-tip is shown to therapists with the offer, is only charged when you pay, and never changes who is offered the job. You can add a tip after your massage.

Parking

Paid parking is the client's responsibility, or is reimbursed to the therapist against a submitted receipt.

Linens

Please provide, or ask your hotel for, 2 sheets and 1 pillowcase per table when available. If that is truly not possible, your therapist will bring them.

Professional late cancellation

Therapists who cancel inside the late window pay a fee between $50 and $100, deducted from their payout.
